IQ Color
IQ Color is a patented thermal ink technology that allows direct-thermal labels to have colour zones invisibly preprinted ready to be activated when necessary. IQ Color allows you to add colour to your labels. Special instructions, critical information on patient records or priority designation for sample testing can be easily and quickly added in colour to labels. There’s no need to switch printers or change ink cartridges or paper, so labour input is minimal while potential for error can be reduced and patient safety may be improved. Exclusively through Zebra, three colours (from a palette of eight) plus black are available for up to three areas for attention. Text, shapes, graphics and reverse images can all be accommodated. IQ Color is yet another technological innovation from Zebra, which means you can now print labels, in colour, without changing stock. It’s a revelation in colour.
